Are jewelry outlet and wholesaleoutlet990 on the bay the same thing?

Thinking of upgrading my noobmariner while waiting for the wm9 v2 sub.

I read that jewelry outlet bezel inserts are the best for this but I couldn't locate jewelry outlet.

However, I read that jewelry outlet and wholesaleoutlet on the bay are the same thing.

Can anyone confirm this?
