In addition, Gunter Steinhart (Germany) will make any problem right, no matter how small. 1st rate guy with 1st rate customer service. I originally bought the Steinhart B-Uhr with no name on the dial as I thought there would never be a decent Big Pilot Rep. However, even after luming the dial on the Big Pilot 5002 rep I prefer the Steinhart (amongst other items like fit, I like having lume on all the numbers on the dial unlike the IWC rep).
