Caseback cover issues on Top Gun Ceramic

Hi all,got my TG Ceramic a week ago.Very nice watch indeed,but with an small issue on the caseback.It is not seated properly to the case,it was quite loose when i tried to tighten it(could screw it with my fingers)did not torque it as it was a risk for not correct engagement in the case.unscrewed it tonight to check it out,it was seated correctly,so i tried to torque it but still, it will not seat against the case (ca 0,1-0,2 mm gap)

any ideas on what to do ?the gasket on the inside is not compressed enough to withstand much humidity,so im afraid it will leak more than normal.

i would contact your dealer and see what he says.
