Navtimer World Chrono Pusher

Since the day I purchased my Navitimer World, the Pusher has always been loose and unsecured. I was en-route to my watch-smith when I finally lost it.

Does anyone know where I might be able to located this chrome top pusher? (Dealers have been of no help).

Might anyone have this part, or watch as parts that I can buy from them??

Unfortunately the same thing happened to me (same watch). You may have to source another case set. I know this is a pain but Josh was able to source mine for $85 plus shipping.
