sadh40
I bought this piece a few years ago. It has given me exemplary service and keeps time well. But I always wondered whether a gen of this model exists? The dial color ( which I love) is unique.

sadh40
Thanks to all I thought so too. I have another excellent heavy piece which is a hybrid of Omega PlanetOcean and Breitling Montbrilliant Olympus. It is written on the dial Omega Montbrilliant Olympus!! But it is one of the best pieces I have...running in its fourth year now.

Actually jkarpas, When I bought these pieces (about 4 years back) I never knew that they were apart from the gens. I went in for Big Dials and pieces which looked good on my wrist. I was a newbee in watch collecting. But as time passed I understood the entire thing about replica watches and how owning a watch closest to the gen actually gives you a high. Since then many of my collections have been closer to the gens, like Rolex, IWC, Omega, Bvlgari, Montblanc, Bell & Ross, etc. I will post pics of those in relevant Brand Areas. and yes...I did not pay much for these hybrids.
