robsa Posted May 22, 2009 Report Posted May 22, 2009 Hi guys Well, due to desk diving the clasp of my new Rolex GMT master II (the ceramic bezel one with WHS) has become a little scratched. The centre of the strap is not brushed ali, it is shiny chrome. I was wondering whether anyone had any top trips to buff it up nicely again and haveit looking spanking new again? Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere; I did do a search but could not find an post which covered my needs exactly kind regards Robsa
robsa Posted May 22, 2009 Author Report Posted May 22, 2009 Err... nope, that's not it. Its the buckle you use to close the bracelet around your wrist which is scratched. You know, you fold the little piece over it with the Rolex crown on it to secure it and prevent it from popping open. The un-brushed centre piece is scratched as it protrudes slightly from the rest of the bracelet. If I get time I will put a picture on to show you what I mean. I was wondering whether jewellers rouge may take the scratches out? Robsa
