strap suggestions for cartier roadster

I was just given a cartier roadster chronograph rep. It is too blingy on the bracelet. I want to put a strap on it. The watch does NOT have the cartier quick release mechanism but takes typical 20mm spring bars. I need something thick because it is a tall watch and the spring bars attach pretty low on the side of the watch and a non-padded strap won't sit flush with the watch face. The roadster typically has a croc strap or a triple ridge strap I am not having any luck finding a triple ridge strap in leather. Anyone know where i could find one? Any other suggestions of a heavily padded brown or black leather strap for this watch? Thanks.
