  1. I may be the only moron in this forum but when I try to donate, I get rerouted to Paypal but it is in a different language. I am trying to do this from my phone and can't find a "translate" button to convert it to English. Any ideas?

    This forum has taught and helped me a ton so I am more than willing to help in return.

  2. I Asked this in one of the other threads, but will repeat here.Renewed my membership to VIP with Payza, now that we have Paypal how can I upgrade to Platinum?

     

     

    +1 on what Panerai said, I did the same thing and was wondering should I switch to PP again or just keep using payza?

  3. As many of you already know, we have been unable to accept regular payments for almost 6 months. I have been paying all expenses out of my own pocket for these months and my credit card bills is not a pretty sight. The average expenses we have for running this forum, with our current server setup + licenses, etc is around $1000 a month, just to give you an idea on how much money I have spent to keep our playground online. So please consider a donation. You decide the amount, and believe me, NO amount is to small!

  4. Thank you all, who have upgraded. To be honest, the money is badly needed. I have been paying all expenses out of my own pocket for nearly 6 months and my credit card bills are not looking good, to say the least. We are talking about expenses each month that is over $1000 for our current setup, so you can do the math yourselves...

    I will set up a donation feature as soon as possible, as I need as much help as possible with the funding right now.

     

    I will encourage as many members as possible to upgrade their memberships through the new function and PLEASE remember that when you see a subscription to a newsletter on your PP-account, DO NOT contact PP about this or open a case with PP. Always contact me directly if you want a refund or want to cancel the subscription (For those of you who select the subscription payments...)

  5. Well, I notice now that I forgot an important part. I need members that have been unable to upgrade their memberships. So thank you to all of you who have contacted me, but so far all of you have been VIP or platinum members. I need members who are interested in testing a new solution we have in place to be able to upgrade their memberships. As soon as I have verified that it is working properly, all regular rules for the sales forums, etc. will be reinstated.

  6. OK so now wea re loogged on and set up and account, what next?

     

    Went to the RWG store tried to do a Plat membership, got a message "Invoice pending" clicked on that ,came up  no invoices. It will allow me to renew my VIP membership, but not Platinum. Help!!

     

    My purchases showed two previous purchases, a VIP membership that expired

     

    When I click on the platinum membership and try to add to cart, this is the message I get:

    When I click on view pending invoices. it shows "no pending invoices" ??

    I have also been in touch with Payza, due to the problems you guys have been running. Once again; I am fully aware of that Payza is not an ideal situation, but currently, they are the only ones that are willing to accept payments. 

     

    As it has been stated above, their payment processor is located in Russia. And to become a payment processor, you have to follow the same strict rules that the credit card companies apply all over the world. My guess is that they have found a really cheap payment provider and with the amount of trasactions these companies generate, I am guessing it is making a big difference if they pay 2.5% fee per transaction or 2.3%. Anyway, bottom line is that it is nothing to worry about, but it is of course a hassle to have to contact your bank or financial institution to authorize these charges.

     

    I sure hope more of you take the leap and manage to upgrade, because right now money is pouring out of my own pocket and my CC-bills are not a pretty sight :(

     

    Also, if you get any problems with existing invoices, expired invoices, etc. Just PM me and I will be glad to help.
