Just my opinion, but I think a vintage strap looks a little odd with the tuxedo dial. Also, was the stitching already that frayed, or did you hit that w/ the sandpaper as well?

The buyer is active on Paneristi. Not that that makes him an expert, but he probably knows (or has access to) a few people who can authenticate it. Must have been pretty sure to plunk down 50K. -
Touching the bridge constantly? I don't understand. I've never even had my caseback off let alone touch the bridge.
