the clasp doesnt look to be correct, and the endlinks have the notch. end link connector is still folded, instead of one piece. i dont think the bracelet is a new and improved version
not close to perfect at all, but better than before, and for the price a good kick around piece. new hands, crown, and crown guard mod + lug holes, T19 beyond that- a better caseback and bezel ring should make this piece that much better.
yeah those cgs actually look a very decent length and the bezel teeth are pretty nicely cut too gen like construction of the bezel asembly? may have to get one now
Toro is a good dealer. fast replies, will accept paypal, will price match, processing time is average, dealt with faster but not slow either expect about a month from first reply to receiving the watch in your hands
if you insist on a rep 93150 PTs with wso endlinks ($50-$65) seem to be a popular choice. they are obviously not gen looking though. maybe a leather nato is what id put on that 5513 ($30)
tremendous value! 200m WR and a jap auto. invictas been around as long as i remember, since first becoming interested in diving watches. i remember lusting after the 9937 invicta diver as long as 16 years ago, and i see they still sell it. perhaps a $100 more than i remember 16 years ago.
with inflation that 1973 sub is still only $2060 my local AD wanted close to $8K for a complete NOS 14060 (non ceramic)sub he had lying around last year
got the blue from toro, what exactly do you want to know? the insert on all of them is the worst part. the insert color is wrong and the lumi pearl is raw lume. mine discolored to a lime almond after being the in the sun. you can get a gen replacement insert for about $250. other than that. the movement is an asian eta copy, probably better than most asian eta copies. mine keeps +2 sec/day on the wrist. with little to no wear and daily hand winding it loses average -4 secs/ day. the dial font size is not accurate. bracelet is decent. lume is good. overall its a great reproduction at a great price, making it a great buy. once gen inserts become available slightly used for around $100 that will be my first and only upgrade tot his watch. i would recommend this rep without hesitation. just have a careful eye with the QC process.
most of the stuff is junk. second rate stuff you wouldnt spend more than $100 on. a lot of low quality over priced ceramic rolex and bell and ross stuff. personally find the leather goods and electronics more interesting in the mbk shopping center.
