yep... patek never prduced such a watch, still, very nice, this model, and the similar looking power reserve model, look very nice and the dial looks pretty sharp.

It's not just the French that benefit, it's us Ex-Pats living in France.

However, the 35-hour working week is a myth. We all work more than 35 hours as it is. However, we do get a few free days (about one a month) extra holiday because we work 37-40 hours.

Well... all state worker work 35h/week, lots of them do much less... 'up' to 29h...

The dark side is that the country is going bankrupt...

would replacing the asian 7750 in a IWC Portuguese chrono with a swiss 7750 be possible (since here's all these extra gears to get the seconds at 6) ???...

would you consider the this to be a good idea if I want to keep the watch for... a lifetime (er... a few dozen years) ?

And, of course, could you do this ? (and if not, who could do that ?)
