Had my asian SOSF for 2 weeks, working great, keeping good time till this morning. Stopped at 9.30.
Been wearing it daily since it arrived. I suppose it could be a number of things but any suggestions as to what the problem might be from someone who has had this problem would be greatly appreciated. Tried winding it forward 48hrs, no joy. The rotor is free moving so I imagine it has a good power reserve.
Please help.

My experience with the ETA version is that the screw-in crown was very tight initially but that it gradually lossened up and became very smooth. I understand that this is a common feature of the ETA and likely the Asian version is the same.
Thanks for the quick reply.
That's good to know.

"the crown seems to screw in , in the power reserve winding position cause i can hear the grinding of the asian power reserve as i screw in the crown"
Mine also makes a grinding noise when screwing in crown. Not sure if it is the power reserve winding or just tight.
Any info from members with some experience of this would be greatly appreciated.
cheers

Love the pics and the watches, very sharp.
Can't wait to have a collection as good as that.

Thanks for all the great comments guys.
Been wearing it 3 days straight. My mate is really into watches and couldn't believe it was a rep.
I think i may have recruited another rep addict.

1:1 version is coming out in the next couple of months, I have it on good authority.
Yes, good news, as this watch really caught my eye.
Can't wait.

Thanks for that.
Will enquire.

Cheers guys. That's all I wanted to know.
Will look forward to receiving my first rep from one or the other.

I have noticed that Trusty Time and Perfect Clones have the exact same pictures of this watch on their sites.
I am looking to buy my first replica and this concerns me as there are so many scam sites on the go.
Are these two sites run by the same person?
Any info or thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Cheers for the advice. Will give them a miss until I can get some positive feedback on them.

Does anyone know if e-valueshop are any good?
-
I am thinking of buying my first replica and am quite overwhelmed with all the websites available.
I have read the topic discussing all the rip off sites(so many).
I came across e-valueshop but can't seem to find any discussions or mention of them anywhere.
Can anyone recommend them or not as the case may be?
Asian SOSF stopped
in Movement Q&A
Posted
Thanks for the reply. Haven't tried that yet.
During my lunch I loosened the case back slightly and hey presto it started working again
Will keep an eye on it and if it happens again will try hand winding it. Failing that I might try a movement replacement.
Feeling quite confident after reading a few posts with pictorials. I have heard it is a straight swap if I use a miyota 8215 which I have read
is a really good movement.
Thanks again.
