  1. I guess that will make things easy then.... 😔 Thanks!
  2. Would I be correct in thinking that this is an ETA/Valjoux 72? or not ..? (Shanghai 3L, or Liaoning Peacock, or ..)
  3. Thanks! Definitely no original parts for this project, that would be prohibitive expensive indeed. I was interested in (good quality) non-original parts. Any suggestions? A possibility could also be to get a non-working 6263 and use the dial/hands/bracelet. My mov and case seems just fine. Thanks!
  4. Hi there - I would like to build a a Daytona 6263. I think I have the EE6263 case with a movement that "might" be the copy of the V72 (not 100% sure though). I would need parts: - dial - hands - bracelet Does anybody have these for sale?
  5. Hello! I need to find a good watch repairer to fix a nice Swiss ETA 7750 used in a nice Rolex 6263 replica (in a EE case). I am looking for somebody in the UK to avoid mailing risks.. Any suggestions? Thanks! Andrea
  6. @TomJ Hi, Good to hear that you are back! Phew... I was getting worried. I am the one who sent you the EE6263 with a ETA 7750: I sent you a few emails to describe the issue (or non issue) of hands size between the EE6263 (old asia 7750 mov) and the swiss mov. Several experts on the forum seem to suggest that there should not be issues with the swap.. Thanks, Andrea
  7. Still no words from TomH. Do you guys know his contact details? Thanks!
  8. Hi! Have quite a few PAMs but I now start to be attracted to Radiomir Chrono, seen one the other day in Geneva: nice! I am bit undecided, however, among the following models: - PAM147 - PAM047 - PAM163 Anybody out there has one or more of these and wish to share some thoughts about the differences in terms of accuracy with respect to the original? Thanks! Andrea
  9. Hi there, Last December, I sent a watch for repair to Joe (RBJ69): an EE6263. We communicated for a week or so, he gave me the address, then I sent the watch (a great watch!). Since then, he never replied to me again. I gave it 3 months, now it is getting a bit too long... Does anybody know his whereabouts?? [Edited to omit personal information] Thanks for your kind help, Andrea
  10. Hi there, Need a nice insert for an MBW 1665 project. Do you have a spare one for sale? PM me. Thanks! Andrea
  11. Hi there! I am looking for a good pearl that would fit in a SD1665 (MBW): either an original pearl or a good one. Do you have one for sale, or can you suggest me a good source? Thanks in advance! Thanks, Andrea
  12. Have you seen a Clark's insert? Is it clearly better than the one coming with the MBW 1665? Best, Andrea
  13. hi there! I managed to damage the tropic of my 6263. I am looking for a new (or like new) one. Anybody has one to sell? Thanks for your help! Andrea
  14. Hi, I just got a Panda and I am extremely happy as well!! Excellent details. I am curious about the reliability of the movement. This watch is using a 7750 (new version) with sec @6. These are usually unreliable on Daytonas because, as The Zigmeister explained, of the additional moving parts needed to move the 3 (!) subials around and have the secs @6. However, the Portuguese has only 2 subdials. Can we expect to be more reliable? Any expert willing to comment? Best, Andrea
  15. I received a Panda yesterday as well. It is so nice that my girlfriend took it away from me :-(( She is a designer and until yesterday could not care less about watches... Funny. Question on the mov: 7750 wit sec @6 have problems. This is usually due to the additional moving parts needed to move 3 subdials at the same time. However, this watch has only 2 subdials. Should we expect the movement to be reliable? Andy
  16. Count me in: Panda version with black strap. Andrea
  17. Has anybody bought anything from them? I was looking also at their other watches and it seems they have really excellent reps...
  18. Dear friends, I am afraid I need some suggestions here: I have just bought a PAM 217 (the Destro) from Precious Time. In order to have an accurate movement I decided to go for the latest manual movement with functional swan neck regulator (well above $300). However ..... it looses about 6min a day!! This is my first Panerai rep that I purchased and I am very, very surprised (to say the least). Is it normal??? Suggestions? Thanks a lot! Andrea
  19. Hi! Would like to upgrade the strap of my (black) Lange & Sohne Flyback Chronograph. Which one would you suggest? Thanks! Andrea
