hehe,my wife is opposite,no reps bags allowed,5 gens...watches,don't care as long as there 'stylish' in girly terms....

Breitling is my fave. brand by far,have owned loads of reps and currently have a diamond bezel on the way for my gen Super Avenger,but as much as i like them,they are indeed a men's brand,i agree with her.....

But to each his (or her) own.....

So it will fit!...there ya go,didn't know that....

Nice to see lord Rasta again,i have not been able to access this foum for some time,but when i could,i recall the rasta man well.....

Just to give you a tip though,i see that Angus has the slate version on his new website,it has the darker outer dial....

If you look at the gen of that watch at Breitling.com,you will notice the outside of the dial is almost black,the rest slate....

until now the rep has been all slate,doesn't bother me,but for the most accurate version,it seems Angus has it....

Now,you could copy a pic off Angus's site and show it to Ruby and ask if she can get that version,i'm sure she can and it will cost less.....

From what i have read here and from the people i have spoke to i think i have made a shrewd choice.

I am going for the link chrono in black or blue and a datejust two tone with diamond markers.

Is there any specific questions i should be asking about these two watches?

Ol Dave is known as the 'bling king' on other forums.....

Skip the Rollies with the CZ markers,they look like plastic....

Rollie reps found from good dealers like Josh,Ruby...etc...are great,but the markers in CZ's give it away as a rep.....

The bezels on the Breitlings like the 'ultimate' BCE and the HBB like in my avatar are well done....not the rollies...

Cape cod cloths,for sure.....

There are guys called 'watchboys' on ebay....$20 or so for a 5 pack deal.....

There was a member of breitlingsource.com that did a before and after on a really rough SS bracelet,came out like new.....things work wonders.....

Womens reps are lousy....why?...

Women don't want them....my wife likes my Breits,but says they are to 'masculine' of a brand for any to be of interest to her....

Chanel and stuff like that is what catches there eye.....

Her PP24 is her fave. though......nice ladies watch....

It likely won't fit,i doubt that the measurements are accurate enough....

Grab a bling bezel!....its very well done.....and not to flashy....

They won't bother with the AR issue,rep double AR is not that great as i recently found out buying a gen SA,have Chief of the polish dude redo it....

My 6.75 from Josh had single side AR on a white dial,and actually,that worked well,most angles the crystal was unnoticed and didn't have that blue glare the double AR does.....

Light maroon date font as well,stay away from the red.....

The white dial 6.75 from Josh is highly recommended for the Bentley lover....imo.....

Indeed, he's shipping them with Anthrax to certain people....

Thats why i would never make the mistake of buying from him.....

Finally put down the gen SA today,strapped on the ol 127 on ostrich.....

Hey Rats,have not seen you since RWG1 went down...

You are not lost....this forum was started by members of that forum long ago when it was rumored to be going down,that process took alot longer then expected,but RWG1 has been down for going on 10 days and it likely will not be coming back......

Lots of similarities here and many friends from over there,enjoy the forum....
