Well, there's got to be a reason you ask for off-site hosts only for your girly pics ...
Seriously, just PM the guy for skuddy pics of his GF. If that makes you uncomfortable ... well, nuff said.
If the girl didn't know her pic were online and she saw it over her bloke's shoulder, she could make life for everyone exceedingly difficult.
If you've ever had to deal with using a 'model' without a release form, you'll know how difficult.
At a guess, I'd say there are two versions of TRC running. One that HD and myself are on and the other that I can access from my Laptop but not my Mac.
I can see two different versions of the site at the same time. It's weird.
(Yes, blurred out work-related links. )
Yeah, but it's on your server
Seriously, hosting skuddy pics without proof-of-age and model releases can get people prison time. I'm just looking out for you guys. I'm sure if you PM the poster, he'll send you a copy.
Does she know this pic is on the internet?
/me grumbles something about model releases, proof of age and criminal proceedings, what with the fact it's actually hosted on RWG's server.
He's exceedingly disparaging towards our trusted dealers and he calls us stupid.
Oh, and he bribed people with free watches for good reviews, making it impossible to trust any review about him, and then did a bait and switch on his Paulmart Crazy Bake Sale.
Read all Paulmart's posts here and see if you can gauge his personality from them.
I am 99% certain this is how Edge's password was hacked. I see it like this: Someone modified the authentication page on RWG1 to access the passwords when they were re-typed. This may have been put in place before the visible so-called hack.
If anyone can come up with a better solution, I'm all ears. Occam's razor is all over this one, though. There is no simpler solution.
Is there any other solution that is technically possible?
disclosure: I'm a UNIX sysadmin. Have been for years. I manage big servers. I'm not just making this up or making an uneducated guess. The only way these accounts could have been compromised knowing the complexity if Chris's password is through a sniffer.
What really gets me is he cost dealers (and Edge) money by giving access to the site to thieves that stole their money. In fact, he probably sold the access to them.
