nobody? I just need a backing replaced.

I'm going to need to replace the backing of my new Chanel j12 with the correct one. Does anybody know of anyone... especially near the Pasadena area?

The back of the watch also incorrectly says Quartz instead of Automatic

Hi Guys, I just bought Andrew's Chanel j12 in white with the high grade ceramic and Swiss ETA 2824-2 movement. The watch looks great, but I had to clean off some smudges and glue that was still attached to the ceramic. No big deal. The watch came with all the papers and box! Now here is my question. I wound the watch when I first got it and started wearing it. It kept time perfect for the 2 days or so. After taking it off for most of the day on the third day, I put it on to go out and thought that my hand movements would recharge the movement or at least keep it going. To my suprise the movement stopped a couple of hours into the night. I had to wind it to get it going again and its been fine ever since. So am I doing something wrong or is the watch faulty? Do I have to do some initial maintenance to the watch? I am not faulting Andrew because it may be user error. Just want to figure it out since I spent almost $500 on it.
