How long should the 3717 with the A7750 movement be expected to remain ticking without wearing the watch? Is it normal for the replicas to "die" overnight?

Thanks, I did a bit of searching but being fairly new to Reps so I'm unfamiliar with many of the terms. Should I search for terms such as "super reps" or terms describing the movement? I also see that there is a listing of feedback of dealers, but I dont see any clear linkages between online websites that are recommended for the highest quality watches. Sorry for being a newbie, starting from 0 zero knowledge!

I am considering the purchase of a AAA+ rep IWC watch, and don't mind shelling out for the best movement, material quality and attention to detail. Which ones would you guys recommend and where would you recommend purchasing?
