WHAT i am not trying to be mean, just making some points to influence votes thats why you post in these threads right so i did a little negative campaigning, i'm in politics what da ya want from me i'll shut up now anyway - so maybe i should focus on the chopard, just like john mccain may not be my favorite but has the best chance to win

i agree - on both counts, beut - and wish i could fix my vote cause its not showing zenith agree 100% - I have a zenith fetish and i'll take what i can get - it won't win anyway

yeah, i didn't go crazy in the last thread - i think this is going to be a girard iwc showdown - when i think even though the girard is different- eh, its not my style. I think that chopard is 2nd on my list especially wiht the SS band. But - its a shame we don't have any good zenith's seeing as they played an important part of watch history. I have a 90% belief that i won't be interested in the winning voter here so, i thought maybe i would just throw out some positives and negatives

i think if you enjoy it you should buy it. The repository of information on the 192 might be on the old forum - replica-watches-guide cause theycame out a long time ago. I know josh has a new model that looks very nice. this is a very limited edition watch. If you check the links section you can find a few websites that will give you photos of every model and you can compare

So, - i did alot of research, and as it turns out, not a wide variety of croc straps in orange, 22mm who'd uh thunk it. well, after lots of searching and different varieties - found some nice black with orange stitch, ect ect i decided on a bob for breitling 22mm -18mm for breitling deployant. well, the new breit deployant is interesting. - so, anyway, i ordered the strap, and the clasp - it just came in - and i was worried about the 18mm being too thin and worried that 4.5 wasn't thick enough. the strap by itself looks pretty good. i have not yet ordered the watch its part of a larger order i am still getting tnogether, waiting for my bro in law to pay for his ect ect. so, i will have to re-evaluate on the actual case. here for your early enjoyment, some photos

i almost got excited i am holding out for the 2 tones in the breitling i have the red bently - i''m hoping for a blue and green 2 tone. i was planning on making a frankin with a crosswind 2 tone gen dial on this chronomat rep like someone else did on trc - his looked pretty good

i'm not sure why the bags are so expensive could be shipping, but i get high end stuff on canal street 30 or 40 bucks. my wife was an expert for a while on the bag forums and everything - there was a bag spinnoff forum for a short time. i suppose its worth it if you can't get to canal street. i was lucky to be traveling there for work for a while, i'd come home with 8-10 bags for the whole family

take a photo of the crystal over a watch and a another non ar watch right nexxt to it - with a light above so you can see the purplish reflection of the actual light - not a whole purple tone to the lense then take it to an AD and hold it up with a watch next to a po you will just know

i'd like to meet the chicks in Eddie Lee's avatars and gioarmani's sigs - Lots of people i'd want to meet, too long to list - I have met some great ones already, Lucky, Istretch, osteopath aka newandimprovedosteopath and i can't forget Callas - he hasn't made it over here to RWG.CC yet, but the guy took me on a tour of Lisbon while i was there for a day on a cruise - i can't say enough what a stand up guy he is - wow. I wish i could tell you what he does and about him - but i can't, but you would all be pretty impressed. I mean the guy showed up at the ship with a bottle of port for me. - Great Great Guy I would love to meet some more - looks like the RWG south florid ameeting might happen again in january or so i have gotten some interest. Unfortunatly for me, the international RWG meeting would be tuff to get to. I'm happy to help organize it in Orlando we could see mickey but it would be better to go toa place with easier customs officials How freaking great would a convention be. guest speakers - we could hire former disgraced customs agents as consultants if anyone is coming to Miami let me know

I missed a good portion of it cause i was "gone" when the transition happened, but the quick and the dirty is this TRC - the oldest forum, still intact - more hardcore hobbyists - is their motto, not as much traffic as RWG1 or this one. RWG - lots of traffic, many of us were there - Blade, owner, disappeard for a long time, left crucial aspects un-attended to the board had issues. there are also lots of other issues relating to blade, i haven't gotten myself up on all the details, but there out there if you search That forum spawned RWG.cc and RWI (the dark side) Many members cross back and forth, i think of all of them 90% have a "home" and just check back and forth for the few dealers that aren't on the other - and sometimes watches are for sale that don't appear on the other. RWG.cc appears to be the most popular forum definatly has the most traffic. I have no quams with the folks over there - to each his own, plenty of people to maintain seperate forums. I post links to other forums when its very informative like puretime talking about the new breitlings or someone with an AR breakthrough almost all the "important" stuff makes its way around pretty quick. the style over on RWI is differnt - different graphics, different rules about avatars and signatures, everything is black and they have raffels every 29 minutes Thats the basics - RWG is home for me, most of my friends from old RWG are here and lots of new great friends. I think this thread has been very positive, i don't see it as a negative - i think this has been a good debate. Looks like RWG is going to hang tuff with its current setup and i think thats great

i have the 22/18 deployant with clasp (breitling style) on the way from bob i haven't even ordered the watch yet but, in a few weeks i'll have it all together
