if the gold looks "gold" enough - so it doesn't look fake- i think some folks would be interested - I know black will be popular. i think the pvd service will be valuable - We need to figure out the bracelet thing though - that opens up alot of doors. like for instance, i wouldn't mind getting me a gold Rolly GMT pvd gold, but the bracelet gets me. the corums on that website are all gen - and in fact some are discontinued models, my wife has one of the small bubbles -they are fantastic i should mention over priced but gen:) i have a gen watch shop, it looks like trusty's site- lots of super reps these days:)

"waterproofing" is a scam dont believe it. thats what we are trying to tell you. many watches survive water. some dont. you wont know till you try. again dont wear it when you think your going swimming. wear the sector. regarding the jewler most are reluctant to call you out because 1 they are trying to make sales and 2 they are idiots who dont know jack about watches. we ask that you dont try the jewler test because that will bring more attention to us. try searing under ad or authorized dealer and se this lmessage being sent over and over and over. moral is enjoy the watch but dont expect it to stand up to the wear and tear of a gen. maybe yours wont leak. is it worth the 50 bucks to buy a new one to tey it out?

here is the easy answer - a Rep is a rep, if you want to swim, get a cheap gen like a nice citizen. if your concerned about $$ enough to buy a quartz PO (any watchmaker worth thier salt would know that omega doesn't make quartz PO) instead of getting one for $125 bucks from silix, i wouldn't even THINK of trying to pay someone to "water proof" it, they will take your money, tighten your case and walk away. and most likley charge you close to or more than whatever you paid for that rep. although i have had the chance to interact with both barack and michelle obama on a personal level i found todays rally in south florida something special. I took a photo of the rallywith my phone camera so its not a great photo, but it relays the impressiveness of the turnout. when you can send out 2 emails and get 19,000 people to show up in the middle of the afternoon on a friday wait in teh sun for up to 3 hours and another 2 inside just to hear you speak, thats special for those of you not accustomed to the political arena - when kerry came to town the big rally had around 4-5k people, and we had to go find them to show up. and that was when he was actually the nominee. in broward county florida - the most important democratic county in our state and a population of 1.7 million people, in which a VAST majority are hillary supporters, to fill an arena like we did today is simply unprecedented - but so are the crowds that he has gotten for almost a year. the largest being 70,000 in oregon last week i mean you dont get those types of crowds unless your madona or paul simon or a random country music star - its just not heard of for political rallys and when he walked on stage, the camera flashes going on all around you, it was like the superbowl on kickoff - it was just insane and one of my best friends got to introduce him, which was really special for me.

I happen to have had the opportunity to get to know zig on a personal level - although he doesn't do his work for free - and he is very professional this is hardly a business for him - he is a working man just like most of us and has a very distinguished career in his field. He works on watches because the trade was in his family and he enjoys it. i think he enjoys the challenge. His decisions on taking or not taking work are not related to business reasons - he doesn't need the $$ whereas i do believe that folks like RBJ tried to make a full time career out of doing this stuff we are lucky to have him here to explain the inner workings of movements he has been a long and well respected member of the community and we can only hope that he will continue on whatever basis to give us the benefit of his knowledge and experience
