Hi Folks,
First time post a thread in this forum. I recently bought a used gen omega. The watch is nice but 2 links of the bracelet were inserted with rusty pin. My punch and hammer only good for one of the pins. Now I still have 1 rusty pin in the link.
I read some post here about using vinegar or alum spice to dissolve steel, any one know if these will solve my problem? Which one should be better for a polished stainless steel bracelet? Will the vinegar or alum eat the polished surface of the bracelet?
I don't exactly know what made the rusty pin, but it seems some kind of small metal rod.
Any help is highly appreciated. Thank you very much.
Cheers,
Salem
Hi guys,
Really appriecate your input, thanks
By the way, here is the link from kingswatch : http://kingshowbox.com/goods.php?id=1152
It's stated in the page "adjustable hour hand". From the picture, the hour hand is apparently below the GMT hand. So I guess this is the CHS.
Anyhow, I really want to have the CHS version, so this could be my choice.
Thanks again for your help.
Cheers,
Salem
Hi,
I am new to replica watch and this forum. I am looking at the CHS GMT II in Kingswatch. I noticed that the price is lower than the other site CHS GMT II. Any folks had this beauty from Kingswatch? any comment on this watch or Kingswatch? Thanks.
Cheers
Salem
