How do you install chrono pusher buttons on the GST?

Hi. I am a new member and I read many posts on this forum about the IWC portuguese chrono automatic. I would like to buy this watch, but many sites sell those with movement A7750. I read that the movement is not reliable, has problems, especially to subdial at 6 o
