  1. hike, How about the brunette sitting on the dock / water's edge facing away with the OMG a$$ from one of your old signatures? Here's hoping that she returns (and does a 3/4 turn). And, by the way, CarlsbadRolex.
  2. Welcome back pho Trust me, if you are happy and have a great job women will find you. (more than 1 and you get to choose).
  3. Don't forget the BK/WM9 YM. A 99%er for sure. The old school Noobfactory Explorer 2 black face (WHS but who sees without loupes). And just for the record, drop this hobby/addiction now, before it's too late.
  4. On a 7.5 you can wear anything that you want. I vote IWC.
  5. We seem to revisit this conversation every so often, and my opinion has changed. When in doubt, Omega is always a good choice, often the best choice, and never a bad choice!
  6. W123, Not as focused as you, and hate to think how much I've turned over this year. I had the watch box rule @ 20 but I bought a backup box and winder. Definitely addicted
  7. How about a crystal? I need a 287 PAM crystal and nobody seems ready to provide unless I buy another watch at the same time. How about a crystal? I need a 287 PAM crystal and nobody seems ready to provide unless I buy another watch at the same time.
  8. Chopard MM White Face 2005 on Tezu Lizard
  9. I try to follow these threads so that I can add an intelligent comment then: BAM - Hike stops me with another avatar/signature combination Now I have to reread the whole topic and... anyway who cares S#!t - just drooled on my keyboard. Anyway, just get a watch that you like, then mortgage your house or raffle off a kid and transfer the $ to your PP account and then kiss it goodbye. Now back to Hike's most recent attempt to break up my marriage
  10. Mine was just me in preparation for the day that I get called out on one of my favorites, gen or rep. Most of the posers that I know own gens that they don't appreciate. They bought jewelry that just happens to tell time. F@#k 'em if they don't get the joke.
  11. Ronin, Great watch, nice rework! (and I must say that I always love your avatar and sig)
  12. Do we have a choice of sources? Where did you get yours?
  13. Zig, Many thanks for all the time and experience/expertise that you give to our community. I marvel at the thought and focus that each and every one of your movement reviews represents. Makes me all the more appreciative of the work that you've done for me and so many others here. Many thanks,
  14. DW V72 6265 (thanks D) Ziggy serviced Vietnamese Inset (thanks torresp) Gen T21 Gen Spring Bars Gen 7835 Folded Bracelet and the poorly fitting Gen 357 End Pieces
  15. Just found this thread, Angry Disappointed Reassured Amused Proud to be a member. Red and TT - love the gauges
  16. To my knowledge he returned from holiday in late Aug. Just serviced and lumed my UPO and his wife contacted me last week that it would be sent out last Mon/Tues. I have not emailed or PM'd him lately.
  17. How about shipped from Sweden May 3rd arrived New York (inbound post office) May 4th ......... an apparently disappeared. USPS will not followup even with tracking number, and no help as yet from Swedish post! this was an Explorer II with gen dial, and I'm out $635
  18. In case anybody's interested http://forums.timezone.com/index.php?t=tree&goto=5239864&rid=0
  19. My wife has the gen Michelle and it's really nice, but she wears her rep Ceramic Chanel more often - and the CZ's are very close given the setting.
  20. "i'm not a big fan of PAM's" either - I only have 4 or 5 and 2 more on the way, but I am going to sell one of them to prove that "I'm not a big fan". Of course it took me years to go from beer and pot to crack and heroin, but I can stop anytime; but why would I do that when my drug habits are way cheaper than my watch addiction. And after a couple Breitlings, and a couple vintage rollies, you'll NEED a PP, an Omega or two, and a Chopard, and ...................... Good luck.
  21. F I always love your avatars and signature shots, unfortunately I often lose track of the post, or worse, I'm mesmerized by one of your little sweeties when my wife walks in and I don't even notice her pulling the 2x4 into her backswing. Keep up the good work.
  22. I love it, three pages of discourse over a couple "missing" links from a $135 used illegal copy of a watch. $h!t - I've spilled more than that on a good night. +1 for most of the comments except Hank's and @Ronin - I hope that you are wrong and PP forgets the whole thing.
