I actually recently received two reps from a dealer (not one from this site) that have the same issues you're describing here -where they are both chronos (one is a tag carrera and the other is a Speedmaster), but they both have non-functioning chrono dials. The top buttons have a click (sort of) which only advances one of the dials about 1/12 of a turn, while the bottom one does the same to a separate chrono dial. The primary second hand continuously runs. I'm not sure if this is how they were intended to function, however, it wasn't how they were advertised, although for the price I wasn't expecing too much. The watches look good at least and do keep time fine. I'm hoping to find some higher quality reps that hopefully have some degree of QC applied prior to shipping through this site. We'll see how that turns out.

I joined this site a little over a month ago I think, but haven't had too much time to look around yet. I joined after ordering two replica watches to see what type of quality I'd receive. I own one Gen Tag Heuer and have been considering what watch to buy next but haven't been in a huge hurry to make any decisions. I'm trying to choose something that I won't get sick of easily if I'm going to spend a few thousand dollars on it. A guy where I work received a replica watch from a friend who had been travelling and it looked pretty good so I thought I'd check the internet to see what's out there. I ordered the watches before I joined this site. I did look around for a couple of days prior to selecting a place to order from and I actually received the two watches today. They look good but it's pretty clear they are not very high quality in terms of the actual movement quality. They are both chronometers, however, neither watch actually has functional chronos which is pretty annoying. However, all in all I figured there was a decent chance I'd either receive empty boxes or something that looked terrible, neither of which occurred. I understand that you get what you pay for so I was curious to discover the quality of product I'd receive. I'll post a couple of pictures here is one of them turned out. I took a few quickly this evening and I'm downloading now.... The file upload is taking a long time so I'll have to add the files another day. I look forward to spending some time here in the future.
