  1. I was reluming my 177H. everything was just going fine. But when I put the crown back in place, i heard a pop! and a tiny piece shows up from under the dial.

The thing is that I don't really know the order to replace the whole thing. I'll tried several configurations but none of them was good. So if nyone around here might have a picture of the frontside movement (under the dial) of a Asian Unitas 6497 like the one from this watch, it will save my life (almost ;) )

here is a pic to see the mess I am in and what area I am talking about. I think there is 3 pieces that need to be put in a certain order but all the mystery and the fun of it is which order ???

  2. Hello,

I planned to relume my 177H. Everything was ready to go and I start disambled it. I remove the case back (of course !) and then I removed the crown by unscrewing the tiny screw to release it. and then I unscrew the 2 oposite screws that are maintaining the movement in place and the tiny piece of metal that go with them. The I put a piece of paper on top of it and turn it upside down. But nothing happened ! The movement didn't move at all. Did I missed something ? Did I forget to unscrew some other screws ? Anyone could help, please ?

Here is a pic taken from this excellent tuto to explain which screw I already remove. Even if my movement is a cheap asian one I thought the procedure was the same

  3. Hello,

I have a 177H from Andrew and I was walking in the street, pushing the stroller of my kid when the screws of the crown guard pop out and disappeared somewhere on the sidewalk. Thanks to my lucky star, I felt the crown guard felt off so I still have it.

It seems that the screws that might fit would be 1,8 mm diameter. But I am desperately looking to get some. I looked around but could not find it anywhere. Anyone might know where to get some 1,8 mm screw to fix my poor uncrownded PAM?

  4. Be sure that the caseback is made of 2 parts (the steel ring + the titanium insert). I just send a deepsea to Johua because a all new 21J one has been released and it is cheaper that the V3 we used to see. He assures me that it is gonna be the only one available soon (don't really know what to think about this

  5. Thank you very much :)

If you're seriously looking for one, I may be selling one of my uber frankens soon: an RG built white letter 1665 with gen 1570 mvmt :D

This gonna be out of my league
