Thanks for advice. I will think about it. I wanted to get 5004 for the reason, that it has the gray dial which to my mind looks fabulous. I find the PR pretty nice feature. I now have to choose between correct hands and working PR.

Interesting topic. I prefer mechanic watches. But if i look from the other side, there are many vintage quartz ones that seem interesting and nice to me. And if we speak about servicing a mechanical movement, then i think, that with time only watch enthusiasts will wear mechanical watches, but it wouldn't be in near future.

if you wanted the equasion 7x8+(square root of 144)x7 the formula would be 7*8+(sqrt(144))*7

Interesting topic. Well I wear a rep just because I like the watch (UPO) and would like to own a gen vintage Omega model one day. It's not to impress someone, because most of the people I know know nothing about watches and the only brands they recognize are the cheap Swatch and expensive Rolex, so Omega means nothing to them and I never try to pass my watch as genuine, well actually they even never ask, I just sometimes tell them about my passion and say that i'm wearing a rep.

I wouldn't buy from them. First of all, all their pictured watches show 10:10 or simmilar. And secondly, their replicas look too good to be real

I would doubt that. The new asian copies of ETA 2824-2 are hard to tell if they're genuine or not, even for a expierienced watchman.

Yeah, Omega is a swiss's brand. In Switzerland, people speak French. I'am French and the real and good prononciation is O"MAY"GA

Actually there are 4 Official languages in Switzerland: German, French, Italian, Romansh. So you can't say that any way of pronouncing the word Omega is more correct than another. You just pronounce it in your native language

like you were pronouncing the greek letter Ω, that's it.
