Hi I'm expecting a package through China Post (http://intmail.183.com.cn/) and the damn thing hasn't updated for the last 4 days. Did you guys experience the same thing? Also, how often would it update?

But now I have a serious problem with the Clasp of my DSSD...

As you can see by the pictures below. The threaded tip of the bracelet pins broke-off inside the clasp lug. The picture with the pin shows the difference in length between a normal bracelet pin and the broken one. The clasp lug thread was stripped, causing the pin to fail(shear) under the torsional load.

Has anyone successfully removed a pin like this? I have been looking at precision screw extractors, but none (that I can find on line) are small enough!

Hi all does anyone know if the stainless steel bracelets used on some Pannies like the PAM111 are compatible with the FER00001 Chrono?

I have just received the watches... I am at work at the moment and cannot wait to get home to check them out. Will send pictures soon!

The coronet in the clasp buckle didn't close flush... And some minor tarnishing on the band. But your right it is one of the best noob DSSD reps I've seen. Mind you i did spell everything out. Very, very happy with the lume from what I can see!

I am eagerly awaiting delivery of a DSSD Ultimate and a ladies YM from Josh. Both with Swiss ETA. Attached are some QC photos he sent through.

I have since replied on some issues I had with the DSSD, which he has agreed to address. Comments welcomed.

I went with BK and couldn't be happier eventhough it is the same noob Josh and others can get he adds his date wheel over lay and centres everything best he can also he pre selects the best one he can get at that time.

How did you order through BK? Was it through this forum? Can you PM me his contact details please?

I have been a client of Womart some years ago but I've been off the rep radar for a while. I am looking to buy the most perfect 'out of the box' Ultimate DSSD. I have reviewed all the forums meticulously on which version is the latest and greatest and it is confusing, V5+ - noobfactory/ cartel, etc...

Do you guys know if the Gen DSSD has the Rolex coronet etched in the crystal at the 6 position as with most other post-2001 models? I have seen various pictures of gens/ reps that either show it or don't.

Also, who is providing the best DSSD to date?

I was originally looking favourably at Andrew's but at $470 USD I am uncertain whether it's worth it, given that I have read more favourable reviews from Josh and BK. I am after genuine swiss ETA movement. Josh's is priced at $370. I am in Australia BTW.

At present, I am leaning towards Josh because I am also in the market for a Chanel J12 Swiss Quartz Rep for my lady and I know Josh has a large stock. But I have also read that BK is the 'lex rep king. Any thoughts on the differences between the two? Any suggestions?

I bought a MANUAL UNITAS 6497 FOR MAN PAM 111-SOLID BACK from Paul (wo-mart) which has a threaded strap pin. One of the pins have since become loose, which I lost.

I have tried taking it to "Mr. Mint" and "Watchworks" to try and get a replacement and they advised me that I have to take it back to Panerai, which I can't cos it's a rep.

Does anyone know where I can get a threaded (screw-end) replacement pin, either online or retail (in Australia) quickly? I have contacted Paul but as you can imagine, he's taking ages. See photo.

TAG Carrera racing looks great ! I'm thinking about geting one but can not decude - bracelet or rubber ?

SS Bracelet, although it FEELS peculiar... It looks very realistic! Because it's a very dressy chrono, I would not recommend the rubber.

I'm delighted to announce the arrival of my first reps from Paul. I ordered them 1 week ago and they're here (in Australia). I've read some mixed reviews regarding Paul's service and I'm glad to say that he's pulled through. He doesn't get off that easily though, this is only 2 of 3 watches I ordered... I'm still waiting on the Ferrari Grantourismo (FER 004) Automatic Chrono, which I can't wait for... will keep you posted.

In the meantime, have a look at the PAM 111 (solid back) and Carrerra Racing- tell me what you think. I have to say, the Carrera TOtally exceeded expectations! My General Manager at work, who owns various Gens thought it was a gen!

All normal, give it about 4-8-12 hours and itll have cleared customs.

Use the Chinese EMS, its very good for items shipped to Australia as it updates faster than the AUS postal website tracking.

Im currently tracking a package of mine now, via the AUS website its been in AUS customs since this morning, on the Chinese EMS website it has cleared AUS customs.

Just made my first rep purchase. A friend of mine here in Oz has bought several pannies from Paul and they look great.

Any feedback on any of these watches from previous paul customers would be great.

To paul's credit, it's been a fast turn around on 2 of the 3 watches purchased- tracking # provided in just 3 working days.

Just wondering if anyone has bought this rep from paul before and if you could provide feedback.

This is actually my second Racing Carrera, but my original has a few issues and this one was a sweet deal considering the movement has been The Zigmeistered and a Swiss 7750 date wheel installed. The rotor on this is really quiet, my other one sounds like a rock tumbler in comparison. I also like the bracelet. Here are few bad pics.
