But now I have a serious problem with the Clasp of my DSSD... As you can see by the pictures below. The threaded tip of the bracelet pins broke-off inside the clasp lug. The picture with the pin shows the difference in length between a normal bracelet pin and the broken one. The clasp lug thread was stripped, causing the pin to fail(shear) under the torsional load. Has anyone successfully removed a pin like this? I have been looking at precision screw extractors, but none (that I can find on line) are small enough!

Hi all does anyone know if the stainless steel bracelets used on some Pannies like the PAM111 are compatible with the FER00001 Chrono?

The coronet in the clasp buckle didn't close flush... And some minor tarnishing on the band. But your right it is one of the best noob DSSD reps I've seen. Mind you i did spell everything out. Very, very happy with the lume from what I can see!

Hi all, I have been a client of Womart some years ago but I've been off the rep radar for a while. I am looking to buy the most perfect 'out of the box' Ultimate DSSD. I have reviewed all the forums meticulously on which version is the latest and greatest and it is confusing, V5+ - noobfactory/ cartel, etc... Do you guys know if the Gen DSSD has the Rolex coronet etched in the crystal at the 6 position as with most other post-2001 models? I have seen various pictures of gens/ reps that either show it or don't. Also, who is providing the best DSSD to date? I was originally looking favourably at Andrew's but at $470 USD I am uncertain whether it's worth it, given that I have read more favourable reviews from Josh and BK. I am after genuine swiss ETA movement. Josh's is priced at $370. I am in Australia BTW. At present, I am leaning towards Josh because I am also in the market for a Chanel J12 Swiss Quartz Rep for my lady and I know Josh has a large stock. But I have also read that BK is the 'lex rep king. Any thoughts on the differences between the two? Any suggestions?

Hi everyone, I bought a MANUAL UNITAS 6497 FOR MAN PAM 111-SOLID BACK from Paul (wo-mart) which has a threaded strap pin. One of the pins have since become loose, which I lost. I have tried taking it to "Mr. Mint" and "Watchworks" to try and get a replacement and they advised me that I have to take it back to Panerai, which I can't cos it's a rep. Does anyone know where I can get a threaded (screw-end) replacement pin, either online or retail (in Australia) quickly? I have contacted Paul but as you can imagine, he's taking ages. See photo. SS Bracelet, although it FEELS peculiar... It looks very realistic! Because it's a very dressy chrono, I would not recommend the rubber.

Hey peeps, I'm delighted to announce the arrival of my first reps from Paul. I ordered them 1 week ago and they're here (in Australia). I've read some mixed reviews regarding Paul's service and I'm glad to say that he's pulled through. He doesn't get off that easily though, this is only 2 of 3 watches I ordered... I'm still waiting on the Ferrari Grantourismo (FER 004) Automatic Chrono, which I can't wait for... will keep you posted. In the meantime, have a look at the PAM 111 (solid back) and Carrerra Racing- tell me what you think. I have to say, the Carrera TOtally exceeded expectations! My General Manager at work, who owns various Gens thought it was a gen!
