Hi I was just wondering if the SEC @ 12 Movement has improved at all. The one that I bought has failed and had defects that I posted in my other Post. I sent it back to Joshua and then I got it back only to have the same problems I dunno what to do I like the look of the watch but at the current moment the watch doesn't run for more then an hour and even then its off by 20 minutes by then I want to buy another one but not if that's how the movement is.

Thats good man I Sent my AP ROO Rubberclad back to Joshua and got it back a couple weeks ago and it has the same problems as before. I'm so disappointed. I think it was the same watch also as the back had scratches on it from when I first opened it up when Joshua told me too.

Ok I just got my replacement AP ROO rubber clad from Joshua and at least the movement works in this one the only thing is when I move my hand I can hear the rotor spinning around inside and can slightly feel it too. It's annoying loud I want to know if it is ok to remove the rotor and make the watch a manual wind instead? Or will I damage anything? I ask this because i took the rotor out of the old one and it kept time ok for a few days before the movement stopped completely.

Well it looks like my watch and the $580 I've paid for it was a total wash I shipped the defective item back to Joshua and now I have no clue where it is.The tracking number they give me isn't really a tracking number supposedly it's Untraceable. And now I'm convinced I'll never see it again. It has now been 18 days since I shipped it and I don't know what to do.. I just want a working AP ROO like I paid for now what.Has this happened to anyone else?

So is the RG version correct? I always thought it was far off.

One thing I suggest if someone has contact with the manufacturer is if they can fix the issue of the Menu text being off. And also allow the awesome built in stereo speakers for a speakerphone I would REALLY like that. Maybe they can fix that stuff through a USB software update.

That about sums it up.

For those who asked about Flood lit keypad pics.

Weak before I buy that I'd buy a GEN Vertu at least it has 3G and a better camera along with Vertu Concierge service. Tag is crazy they should quit while they're ahead lol.

Thats because the pictures that vertuclone.eu has on their site is old or outdated because I got the same phone that Sql_pl recieved even though the pics on their site showed something different. I believe there is only one maker imo.

The titanium looks and feels good but can use slightly better finishing where the two halves meet IMO .As for the Earpiece I can't honestly tell if it's real ceramic or not I guess I don't have enough experience with ceramic to tell. So I'll leave it for you guys to tell when you get yours but A.F.A.I.K It is. Overall I'm happy with it. It's a very high quality phone and I can't find too many faults with it I like the heavy weight also.The menu is pretty good there are some minor flaws but not enough for me not to like the phone I'm still getting to learn it and its functions and I'm going to buy a memory card as well.Definitely worth the money considering its less then the cost of a AP sec@12 lol. -Jon

OK guys I just got my phone today from Vertuclones and It seems to be the same phone that SQL_pl recieved. Notice the phone I got in these pics do not match the ones on their site. This is interesting because the one that I got from Joshua although the rubber wasn't great it was def rubber all the way through and not steel because during my multiple attempts to fix the problem of the rotor falling off that I was having, I ended up cracking the bezel by over tightening the screw back and the screw just spun with no place to grab so I'm pretty sure if it was steel it wouldn't crack from such little force. **Patiently awaits replacement from Joshua**

Hmm well based on what your saying its possible that were shipping the old dual band model and now they are shipping the 3 band model because thats what I ordered so probably they just didn't update the pics?

I need the opposite my rubber strap barely makes it on my wrist.

Wow I wish I had known this before I bought from vertuclone. But I wonder if there is just one maker of these units? And they just update them across the board? Are you sure the phone you have is dual band or is it the newer 3 band from the same maker? I got a response from vertuclone earlier saying they didn't have the color I wanted so I had to go with black (since I already paid). Oh well hopefully what I get is acceptable or I can at least sell it to a friend and get my $$ back to buy the one from your dealer if it is indeed different.
