  1. Thank you for all of your responses.
  2. How did you discover the world of replica watches? I guess my "discovery" started in highschool (and I'm 31 years old). I've always liked watches. I remember specifically in the 9th grade when a friend of mine was wearing a Rolex Day-Date in class. It was very loose on his wrist and I inquired about it. He let me hold it and told me that his dad went to NYC on business a lot and would always buy my friend and his brother a fake Rolex as kind of a gag gift. I immediately had to have one. He sold it to me for $40 (in 92....what would that be in today's dollars?) and I couldn't tell you what ever happened to that watch, LOL. Fast forward 13 years later. I enjoy playing pool and had a pal that did cue repair. A lot of guys would hang out in his shop and shoot the breeze while this friend would work on repairing our cues. There was one very wealthy gentleman who was always there and he always had gorgeous watches. This guy was a car NUT. He had a beautiful silver Porsche 911 Turbo with blood red leather interior. He two Audi's....he just had lots of nice cars...and a different gorgeous watch for every day of the week. I inquired with him about a beautiful two-tone "blue dial" Submariner he had on and he let me know it was fake...that he only purchased replica watches. He told me he did own a real Rolex President and he always kicked himself for spending the much on a watch and never wore it for fear of damaging it. He would rather spend his money on cars and other items. So....with that in mind, years later I finally took enough interest to find myself a decent replica Submariner, discovered the forums first (thankfully) and the rest as they say is history.
  3. Replica Rolex Lovers, I purchased a Rolex Submariner last year with swiss eta movement from JOSH. It has been a pretty decent watch for the last year. The date wheel was screwed up initially.....and then one day it just started working, LOL. Go figure. Now, when I wear the watch it works for several hours and the next thing I know I'll look down and it is just dead. I'll have to shake it immensely to get it going again. Any thoughts on who I could send this to for repair/movement replacement? Thanks, Matt
  4. Josh told me to send a photo of the damaged part. I mean...it is brand new and falling a part!! Sheesh. He said for a full replacement band it would be $120.00. I took photos of the damaged parts. I hope he makes this right. Who is SILIZ BTW in case, well, I need him. I had my watch guy put my sub on a nice brown leather band and it actually looks pretty good....but I WANT the two tone functional, you know?
  5. I just received in yesterday my two tone blue dial sub from Josh. I take it this morning to have a few links removed and it falls a part. My watch guys says that the screws are wrong. Rather than go through another week of playing ship here, ship there....where can I buy a replacement band just to switch it out. Thankfully the watch itself works well. Two drop-shipped watches. Two problems. The date broke the first day of receiving the $218 black dial SS Sub from Josh. As you can tell...I'm just very frustrated at this point. Josh told me to send him a pic and he would send me the parts. That is fine....there are several little things screwed up and I just want to buy something (preferably) in the states and have it sent...fast. I will say Josh is doing the right thing on his part, both times.....I'm just frustrated with all drop-shippers. I'm quickly thinking of sticking these in a drawer and going and buying a G-shock and saying "The heck with this."...LOL. Please advise! Thanks.
