I have used 1and1 in the past (just for hosting though - not exchange). I will never use another service from them again if I can help it. Glad to hear you are not having problems with them though. They do have great pricing.

I decided to outsource with Sherweb about a month ago. No problems as of yet. I believe they are US based though. You can try www.webhostingtalk.com for some more ideas/feedback on various hosts.
