i shook it for few a mins and no it doestnt run longer

im trying to wind it at the stem, when i shake it it starts ticking but only for a minute or so

ive had a super sea-dweller for about 2 weeks(1st replica) but woke up one morning and it wasnt ticking. when i try wind it up it just makes a clicking sound like when its fully wound up... i can still adjust the time and date and the when i shake it it starts going again but only for a few seconds, some times it goes backwards =/ i can hear something moving about inside when i shake it whats that? does anyone know what might have gone wrong? can i take a replica into a repair shop? what can i do or is it screwed? as you can probably tell i dont know much about watches but appreciate any help from you guys
