  1. Thank you for all your thoughts on this, it really helps with my decision making. I have decided to not make a fuss about this, but simply have the watch fixed, and carry on being a happy wearer of it. Then I can look forward to the gen Carrera I am just about to pull the trigger on, although I plan on buying the rep at ptswiss as a daily beater .
  2. Hi, October, last year I bought a Tag Heuer Grand Carrera A7750, which I absolutely love. Very good copy, except for a minor detail with the logo on the bracelet. Anyways, half a year later, the minute hand started falling behind, and I asked in here about that issue, and one person suggested that it might be that it was not assembled properly. A week later, various bits on the dial (metal around the seconds and chrono) started coming loose, and the minute hand came almost completely off. I must add, that I have several replicas, and all expensive ones at that, and I always take good care of them, and treat them properly. I contacted ptswiss, where I have bought other watches as well as recommended him to others (would do it again), and he now tells me that I have to pay for parts and repair my self. I am a bit in doubt here, is that fair? Is it unreasonable to expect the dealer to sort out this sort of issue, free of charge? I mean, it is not even one year old, and I paid 320 GBP for it, so it was not exactly cheap, but I do not mind paying for a quality inspected watch. I would really like to know your thoughts on this. Thanks
  3. Hi, This might be the wrong place to ask, but I'll give it a try anyway. About 6 months ago I bought a Tag Heuer Grand Carrera Calibre 17 RS with Asian 7750 from PT. I am generally very happy with it, except for a slightly misaligned Tag Heuer logo on the bracelet. However, it has a problem with misaligned hands, i.e. when the hour hand is at 12, the minute hand is at 18 minutes past. I suspect that this gap will increase. Is this something that can be fixed, and is it a normal problem? Thanks
  4. Wow!, thanks for the heads-up! - I have contacted Precious Time, and even though it is a bit more expensive than ordering from China, I prefer the security.
  5. Hi, I am completely new here, and new to replica's. However I've always wanted to have a Breitling, but unfortunately I can't afford the real thing I've decided on the Avenger Skyland v. 2 as my first replica, both because it gets good reviews in here, and also because it suits my taste. In regard to this purchase, I have a few questions: Since the watch is going to either Denmark (Work) or Sweden (Home), are there any dealers that are better than the others? What are some of the problems I can experience in customs? I assume it is illegal to import these watches. Secondly, I see that the common price for this watch is USD 268, however Silix has it at USD 200, but with a rubberstrap. Can it be ordered with the metal one, and does that affect the price? (I might need to direct this question to Silix) I've read a few reviews of dealers, and it seems to be common that people experience 2-4 weeks delivery. Is this normal, or just special occasions? Are there any general pitfalls that I need to be on the lookout for? Thanks in advance for your attention to this matter. I apologize if this part of the forum, is the wrong place to ask these kind of questions. Best Regards, Michael
