Goddammit! I knew that the Portu is not flawless but I excpected it to last longer than 3 months. I got it from asian7750.com. Is there a warranty on these things?

I have a iwc 3714, which I bought 3 months ago, which just started to make some ugly noise when i try wind it, and the crown does not really turn....
