View new posts, adding a reply and clicking on a post (actually when I leave a post) I have to log in again. Seems to be working properly now.

Not sure if you are aware but I usually default to 'View New Posts - so I get to look at about 100 posts when I log in. Now I get thrown out first time and when I log in again all new posts have disappeared.

I have been pushed out 3 times in the last 2 minutes.

And this is why us non-regulars don't contribute.

My view is that we should encourage the QC pics - if you don't want to look then don't but it is incredibly helpful for noobs. This forum relies on patronage and if we can encourage others to become VIP Members then all to the good. This is considered the friendliest of the forums so let's show that. I have no expertise with watches and am grateful for the support of a number of people on the forum. I would like to think I have paid some of that back but what i am trying to say, in a convoluted sort of way, is that we should support those that ask questions you might feel are foolish, welcome them in and encourage their participation. Donald Rumsfeld said something along the lines of "They don't know what they don't know".

I ordered a pen from Josh on 21 November. Still nothing. It would have been really annoying if this was a Christmas present. Oh, yeah it was a present. I've never known it this bad before.

Same thing is happening with me too - since early December. It might be something to do with changing my email address. I've contacted Admin, so fingers crossed!

Thanks for your feedback guys. The SA came on an Ocean Racer strap (rubber) but I replaced it with a thick tan strap - I'll try and get some pics up today.

After some issues with an Omega Broad Arrow that I was hoping to sell - link here I sent the watch back to Josh and he agreed to replace it. After some weeks and a lot of prompting Josh advised that he could not source a relacement and I should choose an alternative. Eventually settled on a Super Avenger White Batons Dial. I had the QC pictures and did not check them as well as I should have. I do think that the watches should have an initial check by the supplier rather than passing the full responsibility to the Buyer - but that is a separate issue. Anyway, I duly received the watch and I am very please with it. I replaced the strap but still had the nagging feeling it wasn't quite right. Please see below. The part bugging me is the red 'AUTOMATIC' above the sub-dial at 6. So, two questions: 1 Could you live with this dial? 2 If not, where it the best place to obtain a replacement? Gen or rep?

You are correct in the assertion some Super Avenger dials have a red 'AUTOMATIC' over the 6 sub-dial. I received a white batons Super Avenger a couple of days ago from Josh and it has Automatic written on it (a little too close to the sub-dial now I come to look at it).

I've just received a Breitling Super Avenger White Batons from Josh and need to resize the strap. I cannot remove from the deployment buckle. There is a little push button that works a little like the Rolex glide lock, for minor changes in wrist size, and a little button you can put to effect the mini resizing. I need to shorten the strap by a couple of cms but the rubber strap will not come out. When I push the buttonit won't slide fully out. Should it? Any advice greatly appreciated. Marky

Welcome, big fella! I'll give you the advice I was given when I first joined this esteemed forum. Use the Search function. Also there is a links section which includes dealer section. All of these have been approved by this forum. The other (and my preferred) method is to look at the For Sale posts - you might be very lucky! Good luck and good searching!
