Zooming on the Omega logo seems as if it is the incorrect older version as seen on the UPO.

the pearl is a dead give away also thats the first thing I look at on PO reps

Found this on Timeshops. Almost fell off my chair. Quartz movement, full ceramic case and bracelet. Who buys these things and how drunk was the factory owner when they designed it? I understand the cheap $20 canal st. reps but this one is over $200!!! I guess the high price is due to the ceramic.

Some ugly kits there... in particular Chelsea (I saw it in the shop, it looks like Robocop armour!), man ure (ripping off Bordeaux's style but uglier), Everton.

Anyone else without a bias will also agree with me that the new Liverpool away kit is one of the better ones

I hope they release a non-sponsor version like with the home kit

Taking this to Silverstone grand prix circuit tomorrow for the Renault World Series

I only did it once, and it wasn't easy at all. I've tried all the professional methods and non worked. Finally I did it the easiest way, i took a small screwdriver, used it to pop out the pearl, then inserted the screwdriver into the pearl hole and with a fair amount of force pulled out the bezel insert. Of course the insert is ruined after that, but the purpose is to get it replaced, so who cares?

ye thought it would be ruined after but cheers for the heads up

p.s I have 45mm orange Narikaa PO so would be interested in this depending on how good the pearl looks.

is it easy to take off a bezel and attach and new one, do you just have to try and pry it out with a screwdriver or is there a more professional method lol.

Pics look pretty good- However, I would start to work on your lighting Better, diffused lighting + DSLR will result in some sharp snaps!

Off to a good start, especially if this is your first attempt with a DSLR!

this was taken with me holding a piece of a4 white paper around the watch and lens whilst taking pictures on shop floor with sunlight and fluorescent lights above lol so not perfect

Hi guys took my first few couple of pics today with the new Sony Alpha 230 with 18-55mm lens.

Its the first proper time I have used an slr and wanted to take some nice snaps like I see on here all the time.

I have done auto levels on Photoshop with some of the pics but this thread is for people to comment on the pics whether you like them or whether there is anyway I can improve them

Fair play, I have never smoked but I can tell its a hard thing to give up. People I know that have kicked the habit start to tend eating more and start to pile the pounds on so be careful but great job so far!

Thanks for the comparison I don't know APs enough to spot the flaws, so I'll just say that they look pretty much spot on to me, and could well encourage me to add an AP to my wishlist

Apparently it wasn't a heart attack he died of, it was food poisoning from eating 12 year old nuts.

To answer a few questions.

The AR is going to be the same Blue/Purple colour that Jakub used to do.

The AR coat will be double or single sided depending on requirements from the customer.

I'm not sure about cost yet as i haven't received my invoice for the test crystal that is currently with the coating company.

I hope to have some pics to post in the next 5 - 7 days.

I am not a watch smith and so will only be accepting removed crystals for the time being, this may change if i can find a reliable/competent watch smith.
