Some gen owners of Breitlings and Omega PO's remove the outer AR coating through personal preference.
Personally I love the way the crystal 'disappears' on the Breitlings, so I would probably look into getting another AR coat. It won't take away from the authenticity though, it's still a Breitling! The only time it might cause a problem is in re-selling it, I'm not sure how many people would actually notice though!
I agree completely, but the white dial on the BCE goes beyond extraordinary
I haven't checked to see how it is running against a standardised clock. Il do it today and let you know. However, bear in mind each movement from the factory can vary.
I don't think we are taking money away from genuine brands. If people can afford gens they will buy them. I never thought of purchasing an expensive watch until I started buying reps. I am now considering the purchase of my first Breitling.
No it was in a public place, and he doesn't do signings in overly crowded public places when he is 'off duty' so to speak otherwise he would spend all day signing people's property. I got a handshake, and a good discussion though
Yes as RBJ says you will need new hands. I think The Zigmeister might have covered the differences in a post in his section, so a search in there might turn up some useful information.
Is there any particular reason for the swap? The new asian movements are pretty good, especially in that layout. It might be worth sticking with it until it packs in! (if it does)
Great stuff The Zigmeister. There you go PaneraiLord, heres the chance you were after! If I were you I would kow that The Zigmeisterinfo website like the back of my hand
