Like anybody would notice the buckle inside the strap....!!!! If you don't like it, you don't have to buy it. I think it looks great for what it is, I placed my order and can't wait to get it.

I heard that this one is in the works, and it should be released sooner than later. As to them buying the gen, I am not sure, but I just hope if they come out with a new one, that they have better pictures than the previous one. I was also told that it will be more expensive than current models, so I hope they will be titanium as well. It will be intresting to see what happens.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well, I received my watch about two weeks ago, and after getting it, I set the time, date, gave it a good wind to get it started, the chronograph seemed to work just fine, and everything was fine. This past Saturday, after not wearing it for a couple of days since I got it, I went to adjust everything again, because the watch had stopped, I noticed that when I was unscrewing the crown to make adjustments, that it didn't feel right, and now I find my self not being able to wind the watch, because, when I pull the crown all the way out, all I can do is adjust the time, and when I push it all the way in, all I can do is adjust the date, but I can't seem to even screw it in all the way anymore. How is it possible, that after two weeks of having it, and taking care of it, I might add, that this things fall apart without evn touching it. Yes I can get it going by shaking it, and it is running o.k., although, the chronograph sems to start, it runs for a couple of seconds, but it stops. Then yes, I can reset it. Has anyone experienced something similar, do you think that when I got the watch the first time, after setting everything, and screwing the crown back in, that there was something lose already, and iut was just a matter of time??? Any advise will be greatly appreciated. I love the watch, and I don't really want to send it back, but for $568, I don't think this should've happened...

I brought this up to Josh, who indicated that they are going to be replacing the screws, and also at some point they will rep the case back. If you are a little patient, you might just get the correct rep eventually. Take care.

I'll tell you, I was starting to get really frustrated, since I had asked the same question in other forums, and of course, no answers, or at least not good ones, but now I think that this thread will hopefully benefit others as well. This is great!!

I heard that about MBW Ap's, but I also think that you can get the end links from MBW directly, and that hopefully should work? Thanks for the input, I've ordered a custom strap from them (same price as one in stock), so I will let you know how it fits when I get it, I am just glad that I don't have to do other mods to make it work. I have the leather strap that came with the watch which I got from Kingwatch.com, it is nice, but I want to replace with something else, I just don't know if the end links are compatible or not. Nothing against Oracle, I love them or Strapluxe, I have them on other watches, so I just want to try AP bands this time around. Please let me know. Thanks.

Would AP bands work on AP Offshore models secs@9, without any modification or conversion kit. I already have leather bands on the watch, but I would like to replace them. Thanks for any advice I could get, and no I don't want to get Oracle or Strapluxe.

Will they work on an AP ROO sec's @9, with a leather band currently, so I guess I don't need a conversion kit. Just wondering if anybody has done this, and what their experience was replacing them. Please advise, I don't want to spend $200 on a strap the will not work. Thanks.
