I notice Bestswiss isn't on your list but I have treated the same way by them and they even go to the extent to claim that they will ultimately send me a refund. This has been going on since October of last year and I got hit for over 500 USD. If you could give me an idea on how to start going after these folks I would love to take the same sort of route you did and get to freeze some of thier funds. It would be worth losing the money to nail these typs. Any ideas would be great. Cheers

Just through i would let you all know it is not only in britan. here in the US I have a watch sent by Joshua that made it to Melville NY post office and now for 9 days has said is has been processed out to my Post office who have never received it. (mind you Melville is on 30 miles ways from my PO). Now i file complaints to USPS and to Post master. USPS send me a message telling me exactly wha tthe tracking says and offers nothing else. i send back a note that tells them to basically get thier head out of A** and realize it doesn't take 9 days to drive 30 miles. Still no word and best quirk of it is that i cannot have Joshua send in for insurance until they admit it is lost. So USPS isn't a whole lot better, in fact the same mail bag apparrently has 2 other packages from china to my PO that are also "missing". Thieves are having fun Cheers S Sadove

Well Guys the saga Continues. I sent a very threatening email and threatened to at least notify customs of this company and mention potential terrorist ties. Bit of an Idle threat but with the craziness in US might just get them look at a little. Well Just got a response from a guy named Chris. Saying I shouldn't believe all I hear from comments on the web and that they were trying to "figure out" how to send a refund. I just said well it is pretty simple, send a check money order or wahtever. Also said they were clearly a scam and would tell the world and US customs folks. Maybe they can get a few siezures if they really have watches. Thanks all for the info. Wish I knew about you guys first. Cheers

Yes, let do that as it is "James" I keep hearing from, although i heard from some other charcter once, great story they run though about watches being in customs for weeks, then assuming they are siezed. I will likely never see anything but I will constantly pepper thos Bast...s" with email make them spend enough time reading or deleting to get my money out of them. Thanks

Thanks for the response guys. You are right I wish I had found this site first, would have saved me a chuck of money and I would have had the watch to wear with me when I went away. As it was I wore a Breitling and it attacks less attention and therefore came home without a problem. However, thanks a bunch and am now aware of you guys and will make use of the resource. Thanks

Found this forum and decided to duplicate my post a bit from another location. I was recetly planning a trip to a location where potential of teft of my wich might be there. I have a number of the real things including a Breguet gold Classique. Decided to order a replica of it and wear that. I went searching for a good replica and thought I found one with a web site called Bestswiss.com. Claimed to be swiss made replicas with ETA movement. It was pricy ( about 600.00 USD) but far less that the real one. So I ordered it. Here I made my first mistake and can can blame no one but myself since I know better. I paid by wire transfer. So my first rec to all of you is only pay by credit card and no other way as you can get your money back. Next comes the best part. I ordered the watch 2 months before I was to go away. They told be and thier site claims that delivery is usually in 2 weeks. Well, it is now heading into 3 months and you guessed it NO watch or refund. You can read the further details on my other post but I just want to give a warning to ALL out there, NEVER EVER order from these people. It clearly is a scam. I have no watch, just a occassional email that says it will come soon or I might even get a refund. Neither has happened. So long and short, take BESTSWISS.COM off of any order list and put it in your scam category!!! Good Luck S Sadove

I just joined and did so so that I could provide a bit of a warning to those in this world. I have a number of the real thing watches as I am a serious collector (VC Breitling, UN Perrelet etc). However, I was recently traveling to a place in the world where I felt it would be safer to be wearing a replica if it was a good one. So I went searching and purchasing. In the past I have purchased a couple for the same reason as duplicates of a couple watches i have. Recently (or not so as this story will tell) I wanted to be wearing a Breguet I had but the the real thing as it was too valuable to me to risk losing, so I ultimately we to a group called "Bestswiss.com". The watch they showd on the site looked very good and quite close to the real thing. Additionally they claimed it would be swiss made using an ETA movement. Sounded great, looked good (costly, almost 600.00 usd) so I ordered it 2 months before I was to go on this trip. As they claimed delivery "usually took 2 weeks" I thought I had plenty of time. So aft a couple weeks and no word from them I emailed them. Well thus began a road of no responses, then responses with "oh it is coming very soon" etc. Now I sadly paid for this watch by a direct wire transfer, stupid me. This leads to my first piece of advice, NEVER purchase with anything other than a credit card, you can get you money back that way. Now as you may have all guessed I am now working on the third month, no watch and no refund. I have been given a number of stories, even including that if I don't get the watch soon I will get a refund. I have been very patient to a point, then tried threats, NOTHING. SO all this leads me to my second piece of advice; NEVER EVER purchase from "BESTSWISS.COM". I have now learned of similar sotires from others. They look like they had a great product, and they probably do, you will just NEVER get it. Guess I am going to look around at some other sites and I WILL follow my own first piece of advice.
