  1. Just had another watch from Narikaa, this one directly from Thailand and I'd like to invade his thread briefly to say many thanks and it's exactly what I was hoping for. I haven't been here that long but as far as I'm concerned Narikaa is one of the best guys on this forum... hope you enjoy the rest of your trip my friend and thanks again
  2. Give me hope Just about to try making one of my own from a nice Ozzy croc
  3. Cheers for the info Toad, I have complete trust in the person I purchased off (one of your own finest members); I'm just an impatient swine who can't wait to see his shiney new Fiddy I only started out here to look into a nice Nautilus rep and now I'm on my fourth Panerai already... they're kind of ugly in a beautiful slab of metal kind of way. Anyway, thanks for the replies... this really is a nice helpful forum
  4. So I'm guessing I should leave it two weeks or so before I start thinking bad thoughts Many thanks to both of you.
  5. Hello there folks, I'm fairly new here (only up to 5 reps now) and was wondering if a nice person out there could help me out with some information I'm waiting on a 'package' from Thailand and have no real idea of what timescale I should be expecting. It's coming to the UK via registered Thai air mail and was despatched on the 2nd of this month. Any feedback would be greatly recieved. All the best.
  6. Definately addictive, now I have a sexy PAM (looking for a Fiddy now), a lovely Nautillus, and another PAM on the way. Thanks god I don't have to pay Gen prices
  7. Many thanks Peti, just added a Pam; damn this could be addictive!
  8. Cheers I've heard good thinks about the MBW's but thought I'd check out a cheaper model first to see the kind of quality it offers. I have to say considering how good the one I have is I now can't wait to pick up MBW
  9. My first rep, outside of the occassional uber cheap holiday rep, arrived yesterday and I hate to say it but I'm hooked already The PP Nautillus lends itself perfectly, in my humble opinion, to replication so I'm exceedingly happy with my choice; now it's time to source a decent Panerai lol
  10. Hello there all... decided on my first rep. Thought I'd be sensible and go for a Patek but one that seems to have several good reps... you guessed it, Nautillus for me
  11. Many thanks Phoband.... very good advice. I have a few models in mind now so I'll sit back and ponder them a while before jumping in I'd like to say I'll leave it until after the weekend but realistically I may hold out until Friday lol
  12. http://www.puretimeshop.com/index.php?prod...cture_id=405376 Any thoughts on this beauty anyone? I've compared it against Dewitt's catalogue and it seems incredibly accurate to the gen. I may also be just talking to myself by now
  13. Phoband.. if you see this again do you have any recommendations for a fairly accurate and sexy looking watch? I'm keen on Hublot's now but have seen so many people getting rubbish I don't know where to start ;( Also... any idea if www.lexuswatch.com is a reputable rep dealer? Cheers in advance.
  14. Cheers Phoband I'm sure I'll find something nice and shiney with all the great help already recieved.
  15. Cheers for the reply Emuozz, your guide was actually the first item I read when I joined the forums Beginning to think I'll leave the PP's for a while and look for a more acurate model from a different manufacturer.... thinking Panerai, Hublot or Cartier now lol. Any suggestions on the PP or any of these still more than welcome and greatfully recieved
  16. Hello again, if you read this and have any thoughts can you check out this link - http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=87143 - and post whatever you were thinking there please
  17. Thanks for the reply Trailboss, it's a pretty fine looking watch. I was actually hoping to find a good rep of one of their clear back chronos... can't say I'm not tempted by your option though I don't mind spending a decent amount of money on it as long as it has a nice feel and look to it.... any more recommendations greatly appreciated.
  18. Hello there guys and gals, hope you're all doing great and enjoying the shinier things in life. I just found this place yesterday whilst looking for some replica watch recommendations, soooo many out there. I live in sunny old Britain and my main occupation is wishing I lived somewhere a bit warmer If there are any Patek Phillipe rep experts out there I'd love a chance to chat with you, I don't seem to be having much luck tracking down a reputable dealer who sells 100%, or as close as possible to, replicas. Anyway, good to be here and I look forward to joining in the discussions.
  19. Hello there folks, I'm new here and already have a question for you more experienced members I'm looking for a few different models of these beautiful timepieces, calling them mere watches always seems inadequate, and I've come to a brick wall. Every time I think I've found a topic with a good dealer on it I've found later edits retracting the praise, or poor comments on other threads. So my question is this; do any of you have any dealers that you would recommend and would you be recommending them based on personal experience or third party info? Many thanks to any who reply in advance and I look forward to getting involved in your forums.
