How long was the refund process until you received the money?

took 2 weeks for luxury mall to acknowledge it.

went to the site and told joshua the transaction ID and filed a dispute on that site

2 days later, josh replies and says he processed a refund

1 day later it shows up on that website

3 days later, luxury mall guy emails me and says he has processed a refund

7 days later, i see it on my credit card

so roughly 2 weeks from acknowledgment of refund. total 1 month of dispute

update! Refund processed!

made 6 dollars due to exchange rate!

if i knew that there were so many issues, i wouldnt have purchased...

update....after spending a few days emailing back and forth, they admitted to chargning my card twice. they sent me this site https://secure.rdgateway.com/cs/ which allows me to check my transactions and it stated both payments went to josh.

now contacting josh about it...

they said that they "refunded" my purchase last weekend. i have yet to see anything on my credit card...

The transaction was a week ago and it was a temporary charge. I checked today and saw that the amount was posted so I called the credit card company and they said that there was a transaction.

I never said it was a scam, I just said it didn't make me feel very good. I did try the contact link on the Perfect Clones website and I'll see what they have to say about everything.

my credit card was "declined" but I still see the charge on my credit card!

definetly something wrong with the system or a scam
