  10. Yup, FedEx is just awesome A real crack operation. If I have the option I ask for USPS/Canada Post every time. These so called professional couriers are just pathetic and then they klober you with horendous fees too. No thanks. Glad you got your package in the end Chief.
  11. Hey plaifender, Can I have your old one? I'm looking for some links/pins for a bracelet.
  12. Mesh for sure. Suits the character of the watch best. Rubber is a close second.
  13. Nothing beats the gen mesh. That's for sure. Nice pics!
  14. Great stuff! I love the pictures of the case sitting on the CAD prints. Clearly you have given this significant thought and energy. Nothing short of dedication....far from lazy. Keep it coming my friend.
  15. Great idea for a series. How do you find the 316 for cutting? The one time I had an SS project on the lathe/mill I found it to be quite a PITA....very slow going. Looks like you have quite a lathe there. Nice 4 jaw chuck too. Looking forward to chapter 2.
  16. Very cool jmb! I love these projects...you are the man.
  17. Awesome pick up. You are a lucky lucky man. Nothing can compare to the gen mesh.
  18. Happy birthday man! Cheers
  19. Very elegant watch. I picked one up for my wife and she loves it. It has become her go to watch. It is nice for those that want something a little more streamlined.
  20. Gorgeous! Love the SMPC but could never decide on which colour. I guess this is the best way to handle that dilemma
  21. Looks great! It's really nice to see a project come together. Congrats!
