It is a beautiful watch with minimal flaws, but the one that really bugs me is the outer casing being too wide. The genuine's is very thin.
Well, good point. However, it is a limited edition... (so few people will know its true specification) - and i think the black casing version is less conspicuous in that regard. I'm going to buy it once I save up some money. double-AR is pretty sweet too.
tagheuer4me - do post pictures when you get it plz!!

"I think thats the first symptom of a "quartz" thing..it just w o r k s. ..no power reserve crap..no masturbations in order to make the damn thing work...no nothing.."
Haha... great line... especially the "it just w o r k s" clever

Seriously.... nobody's bought this puppy? Has anyone contemplated it? I like it's relative simplicity. By the way, I would buy the model with the black PVD.
Come on folks!

hey Pug,
Have you figured out the optics of AR coating? It seems to reflect most around dawn.... how would you go about reproducing that with a studio setup?
Best wishes!!

RESOLVED!!
I think a wrong address was placed. Or if you believe in conspiracy maybe the dealer wanted to buy more time... in any case all is good. He gave me a new tracking number
PS - wrong tracking number good theory..... but homesick theory not so much

Just to add to the craziness -
Day
7 GUANGZHOU Delivery arranged
Another possible explanation: it's a computer glitch and Guagnzhou is my home address.... except it didn't pass through US customes...
I finally emailed my dealer to see what's up. I bet it's just a computer glitch... lol
Even more craziness!!! I just checked the status of the package and it was signed by someone in Guangzhou... really really wierd Maybe the delear wrote the wrong address? I'll check with him and update ya'll

Update:
DAY
7 CUANGZHOU Dispatch from Sorting Center
Here are my possible explanations:
1) glitch - package was supposed to leave from Shanghai to CONUS but got dropped into the wrong sorting box
2) sent back to Guangzhou because of over-capacity in Shanghai
3) unreadable address
4) damned to an infinite loop!
Hopefully now day 7 means that it will be on its way to CONUS

I've ordered my first watch from a fellow dealer approved by the RWG forums from China to CONUS via EMS. I'm sure everything is ok but I was just wondering, like, why is the tracking showing the watch move from location x to y and then back to x? Below is a formatted description of the tracking... any ideas?
Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone,
So the economy is down, and I'm a recent grad who was planning on finding a well paying job... lol. I want to buy a watch (after a friend told me at a bar that my old timex/microsoft data link watch makes me look like I'm running a marathon/checking my heart rate while trying to pick up a chick.. LOL).
And after some thinking, why pay for the real thing when the illusion is perfect? I'm tootally down with that
I'm really glad that I found this forum b/c I really want to aviod getting ripped off.. I'll be sure to research and check out the noob guide I just started to look around the forum and omg.. I can see how this can get addictive. Well that will be easy to control given my salary (wait.. what.. do I even have a job?...lol).
I really like the look of the stainless steel with blue or black and brown leather straps (e.g. omega... oh and the Breitling Superocean Heritage is just to die for omg omg omg!!). I don't plan on spending more than 200 dollars, hopefully I can find something nice.
I'm really glad to have found this community!
Best wishes,
Pat
