    !

    WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fabulous photos. Wow...
  2. Ditto. This is a beautiful watch Clive. At 9mm or 10mm thick, this is a perfect large watch for a guy with sub 7'' wrists. It looks good on ya. Wear it well.
  3. Seems appropriate... BIG BANG - Only TIME will tell. Definitely a beautiful watch. A REALLY beautiful rep watch. Thanks for the great photo comparisons.
  4. Many. A very repubitable member. Purchase with confidence.
  5. Beautiful watches. Ziggifaction rules. Wear them well!
  6. Another great review. The GMT looks very similar to a recent purchase I made of the Seamaster 300 Pro. 108.00 asian, from Andrew. For the money, although not really all that accurate a rep, it still a very nice watch. The one outstanding aspect is the power reserve. I take it off, replace it with another watch or two, for a short period, and 48 to 60 hours later, the SMP is still running. Gotta like that.
  7. Presents. Maybe a watch or two. Good times. Good friends. Merry..Happy...
  8. My reply to this thread is simply: Another great review from Pug. Nice photos as usual. As I have stated before, PUG and BY-Tor's reviews and great photos are the best sales incentives for these great watches on any of the forums. Great work. Thanks.
  9. Like most of us that have been buying these watches for a few years, I have had a fair amount of dissapointing pieces. However I think a few of those previously mentioned are the prime dissapointments for me as well. 1. IWC GST Chrono - Like Ubi, the case IMO is way disproportionate. 40mm case - but it felt like the thing was 3 inches thick. So nice to look at, but not fun to wear. 2. Cartier Santos 100. I didn't like the strap, and tried to change it, to no avail, and after wearing it once or twice, sits in the box. 3. As much as I like many of the PAM models - the 196 is the biggest disappointment of all. Bought it as it was released - paid 340.00 with a cheap strap, bought a sourced SS PAM bracelet for 125.00 (now of course they come with the SS bracelet) - 7750 problems immediately - won't reset correctly, etc. I can never sell it, in its present state. Haven't bought any of the newer PAM models since. Most impressive rep? The look and feel (weight and fit) of the 2006 TAG LINK chrono is as nice a rep as I have ever purchased.
  10. The original 112 The AR coating on this older 112 is unreal. With a black strap, this model is perhaps the most beautiful watch out there.
  11. Absolutley stunning mods. The photos are beautiful. Wear them well.
  12. Thanks for the link. The article and presentation is really quite well done, actually. When comparing the Blue Seamasters, he says repeatedly that the rep watch he is using as a comparison is really a nice fake. He goes on of course to point out all the obvious differences between the two. His personal views on replicas was what I found most interesting. Now that he doesn't wear fakes anymore.
  13. Very nice photo, I must say.
  14. As a result of By-Tors original review and photos of the TAG Link Chrono, I like many others bought the TAG. The thing that I am finding lately concerning most chronos, is how thick many of the 7750 cases are, regardless of whether or not the gen has the same case size or not. The thickness of the cases vary, and in the case of the TAG it is 14mm, while the Omega SMP chrono is 18mm. For a guy like me with the sub 7'' wrist, the thicker chronos are out of the question. In PAM's I can wear most of the base models that are 12mm or 13, but the big monsters like 212 and Sub2500's that are 18mm thick is out of the question. In smaller chrono models with 39 and 40mm case sizes, some of these models are 16-18mm thick. Too tall in my opinion. For that reason alone I am very happy with the TAG Link, even at 42mm x 14mm it sits well on the wrist.
  15. I have stopped wearing my 196 as often as I used to now that I have the SS bracelet on it. It is heavy. The genuine Pam SS bracelet is 1/2 TT so it helps a lot. Gen bracelet - 1500.00.
  16. The thickness of almost all watches over 40mm is what is most important as far as how it looks and fits on the wrist. A nice PAM 112 @ 44mm case size, has a mid size case as far as thickness is concerned @ 12mm or so. Rides nicely even a on a sub 7'' wrist. However look at IWC GST @ approx 40mm case but with a thickness of 15-16mm. Rides way high on the wrist even for a guy with a bigger wrist. On the smaller wrist it is like wearing a small hockey puck. Don't be afraid of case sizes up to 44mm, be more aware of thickness. 7750 Chronos cases are normally 16mm - 18mm. In the case of chronos, for the most part, all will protrude from the wrist. Some very nice 40(+)mm cases are as thin as 8mm. Try one of those.
  17. I have been wearing this Black/Black model for years. Without doubt the best 'beater' around. 100.00 for this watch is a great deal.
  18. A tough posisition to be in. You handle it well. Your participation is invaluable.
  19. Beautiful!! Nice photos as well. Wear it well.
  20. Without a doubt THE NICEST collection of sport watches I have seen in a long while. Congratulations. Your photos are first rate. Inspirational.
  21. Beautiful selection. Really nice assortment of bands. Wear them well.
