I have seen people ask but it has never really been answered. Is it possible to purchase a yukiwatch 1680 that is made for a rolex movement and put an eta with a spacer in it? I know the crown position is high but I thought it might be possible to get a thinner eta movement and make it work.
I have been ask this question to yuki.
She said it is possible to do something.
They will go to product the converter for ETA 2824-2 can fit for rolex 1570 movement case.

Most are 27mm, but I have heard (from reliable sources) that they vary in size up to about 28mm.
Best to measure the case to see what you need.
(1665 & 6536/1)
Thanks a lot freddy333~~

Try ebay
I have found and search a many year in ebay, but didn't have it.

What is the best way to get in touch with yukiwatch? On their website it says click on the FAQ and leave a message but I see no such option. I tried emailing them but got no reply.
You can try this: sale@yukiwatch.com

HELP!!! Who have this cal.1040 part?
I only missing this part to assemble a complete watch.
I should be very grateful. Million Thank you!

The point is yuki must cheaper than NDT.
Same project purchase from NDT will double cost.
Beautiful... All of the above.
As someone just getting into the Daytona's please forgive theses 2 noob questions:
1.) DW? Short for? I see DW always come up in reference to the "better" Daytona's.
2.) I get the impression Yuki has surpassed NDT in terms of the place to go. True/False?
Thanks, and again, beautiful OP and all.

I love the Rolex Explorer 1655 Steve Mqueen model, does any rep make this model? if so is the rep good?
Here is my project, you can go to take look:

Looks good
Did you assemble it, or is it a service provided by Yuki ?
The watch is assemble by myself,
yuki just sold the parts.
-
yuki have this in her web.

This is my third time build a project with yuki.
So I've decided to level up build a chrono rolex daytona 6263.
The serviced Valjioux 72 movement also come from yuki.
Complete watch look nice, i love the silver dial, simple, elegance and classic.

For sure WM has the best but with 75euro shipping costs to France, seems not a good deal for 1 or 2 pearls or insert.
Where do you, EU guys, oder your peal and insert for Sub and SD ?
Cheers
Btw: if you have some WM pearls laying around wherever you are you can PM me...
yuki have some pearl dot but only for 1680 , 5513 , 1665.

I have yuki hand set with dial,
it is OK in USD 160 this reasonable price for replacement item.
Only the second hand they didn't have diamond cut.
-
If Yuki can have a bigger selection of cases/dials and other parts like NDT/J&W, I will be more than happy to make deals with him since we both are located in the same region which makes quality issues resolution much easier.
yuki told me, they will have 6542 GMT case and 1675 point guard case soon.
-
My case only USD 450.00. Include tube, bezel and crystal.
mod 1570 movement to GMT movement is USD 160.00.
Yuki said have to remove some part from movement to mod.
I've just saw it's site... amazing! I want start a 1655 project too! so let me understand you mean 800$ for a full watch including a gen movement?? how it can be possible?

Cute~~~ Baby Pink dial, yrs wife will love it so much.
The hand set not match with this dial.
-
Thank you, yrs 1655 look so NICE~
yr CG side is look good.
yup, yuki provide two kind of case.
One is like my case, another one is expensive more and look better.
But it is out of my budget for this project.
Sure, I will go to find another hand set to improve my watch.
thank you~
Congrats! It is a good decision to go for the Steve McQueen 1655. It is simply so classic and differs from the other traditional Rolex sport models.
The only thing I see in your 1655 is perhaps the case is marginally too big particularly at the CG side. Further improvements on the hands/dials will make this watch perfect. Still, enjoy your classic 1655.
Just to share with you , this is what I have built. Same powered by the beautiful 1575.
And now modded with the straight second hand.

I've decided to build a 1655 project
I want a vintage 1655 that looks and feels authentic and looks and feels like it is old and antique.
I wanted a case that could fit a gen Rolex movement, And I found Yuki. His service is excellent and helpful.
I have ordered a complete case set, with 1655 dial and hands.
yuki also help me to modify 1570 movement become GMT 24 hour movement.

I agree on Freddy's ideas on SpinMaster's modified 7750... it truly is a great deal, without the huge spend and headache of finding all the parts. He services them all as well, he's posted pictures, so that makes it an even better deal. No need to worry about a poorly serviced and lubricated movement I think he services the Singapore members watches, so we know it's not just talk... For those of us already on the way towards a V72 powered 6263/5, it's not so easy
And there's a guy in Israel who sells, in official unopened packaging, for $650 per pusher
Let see here is V72 for 6263/5
-
U can take a look at yuki dial
-
it look nice and gen !
-
Agree, painted red submariner was too large.
-
cool 5513 project BK~

I've build a 1680 project with (yuki) case that could fit a gen Rolex movement.
Everything is OK can try it.
Is this better than DW's 6263 bezel?

I have brought a 6263 case with yuki.
The case is look great and good fit with 72 movement.
But I don't know his bezel can it fit for gen 6263 case.
You can email yuki and ask her.
I prepare to buy a 6265 case with yuki again.
