I'm trying to resist the urge to take the drill to it! I think I'll probably leave it as is, but I do have a stash of non-COSC no-date dials laying around...

I dug this out yesterday to install the missing pearl and realized I don't think I've ever worn it! I bought the case and band over a year ago from a Bro. on RWI - have no idea what kind of case but it was advertised as having a gen crown. It has gen-like bezel construction that takes a gen replacement click-spring, no rehaut engraving, but has the Gawd-awful etched coronet on the crystal. A DG 2813 and Noob dial cap it off. Here's a couple of pics.

I figured this should get out of the box for a day. I had started building this over a year ago and when I finally finished it I was kinda bored with Subs so I don't think I ever wore it! It is only one of two I own with solid end-links!

It's a prototype using that experimental nano-internal combustion engine that'll run for years on a drop of lighter fluid.

That is the first thing I did to mine! I used to be content with the small holes until I "knew better", now I can't stand to wear one until the holes are the right size. It's all this forum's fault, too!!!

Subs are nice but ColaMariners are exceptionally kewl!

I'm only gonna keep one of them and the other goes up for grabs...

Well, T, I have just ordered the black and grey versions. Hopefully will be here in a couple of weeks...

The hand sizes are the same as the clone 2836 is functionally an exact copy.
