1. No, the regular dealers offer the seconds at 9 they get from their factories, these are the seconds @12 cases & dial. MBW produces their own watches, or have their own source. Casing is different. 2. MBW APROO is the winner when we're talking about quality/finish of the dial/case/bracelet. So at 9 is aesthetically more accurate than seconds at 12 in terms of dimensions and case finishing but of course not the same construction as gen. And the movement functionality is wrong, which is the biggest tell. You can see differences in the dial, datewheel, case, caseback, bracelet, ... 3. If you want an MBW you can contact Narikaa or Paul (Rolexfinder). To buy the sec. @ 12 case/dial with sec @ 9 movt. you can buy them from the trusted dealers. Now, why exactly do you want seconds @ 9 and not the sec @ 12? Hope this helps you

Jeroen (you sound like a Belgian guy, are you, if so, welkom vanuit Gent ) You should ask the dealer you bought your watch from for a new buckle if you need one. You should be able to source a dealer that can get it, if not I'd suggest you buy a black rubber strap, they mostly look good on any AP and you can use the buckle on the leather strap as well

I would definately suggest a Quartz. Both my mom, sister and GF have a Quartz and automatic one. They just don't like it to set the time right of an auto movt. after not wearing it for a while. That's also the reason why there are so many quartz women's watches in the gen world
