so for a mbk 1665, i suppose right now can only get from rolexfinder ya?

are these the newer mbk case that can accept genuine movement or even the slower eta from the pt1665?

get the mbk 1665 and pt1665, only use the movement from pt1665 and drop it into the mbk.

or just get phong case and yuki's dial now.

will the datewheel have any alignment problem both both?

also total cost would be around usd220 + usd 480 = usd700

any brothers here have done this attempt?

is it better to get in your best opinion to get from:

1. PT 1665 white and change to MBK dial

will the new MBK dial date window not align and fit the slower eta from PT?

or

2. MBK 1665 white and swap with a slower eta

will the PT slower eta fit into the MBK case?

i do not wish to invest on a gen 1570 yet I want to have the best budget 1665

The bezel has all the markers. I didn't even notice it on the QC pics. So what I suspect turn to be right. The watch that has been sent is not the same than the one on the pics.

Thanks very much G. I really like it a lot. Mine is off to get the lume job as well as a movement service and have the HEV valve epoxied shut. It will probably be away for a few weeks, but it should be about as nice as you can make one of these when it gets finished.

It's not unheard of 'lanikai' that replioa store owners will sell lock, stock, and barrel to other entities in a 'turn key' deal. The new owners maintain the 'store front' as to avoid the process of being 'sussed out' as verified collectors.

The 'Chris' I observed early on in the ETZ experience does not seem to be operating to the same level. As you, I think something is going on. Like they say; "If you think your wife is cheating? mine is a genuine swiss ETA movement with silver date wheel.

when i first got hold of the watch (new), i have tighten the case back but water still gets in.

i send the watch to my regular watch smith and he told me the crystal got some crack which i could not see from my naked eye.

he nevertheless proceed to change the crystal for me but the same problem surface again.

i understand the fun part is to diy myself.

but this is really my 1st attempt and i do not wish to make matter worse.

i hope to have the dial vintaged, cg trimmed, crown change and get a clark crystal.
