Well, having said that it works for me since yesterday... I just got logged out again. Just opened a thread... When I restart my browser I am logged in again automatically - maybe that helps to find the cause. Edit: When I tried to reply to this thread I got kicked out, too (see pic).

I'm experiencing some issues, too. Got kicked out several times and couldn't log in again. After restarting the browser it worked again - but not for long.... Well, no problem - I'm happy RWG is up again and I'm sure the issues will be resolved soon (after admin has had a couple of hours sleep... lol). Oh by the way - $25 donation made (through someone else though).

I tried the app, too. Doesn't really work for me - the rate fluctuates up and down big time... The idea is great though... might just need some bugfixing.

Try to press it out with the crystal press. If the crystal is jammed I guess you will rather break it than get it in properly if you press too much...

Yes, you're right - I tend to forget those rubber straps... don't like them... Anyway, if you want a diver's watch - buy a gen. If you only want to take if for a swim or in the shower, that should be possible with every modern rep with a bit of grease and proper gaskets.

Hmmm, who's going to shower or swim with a PAM anyway? As I would never wear mine on bracelet (too bling bling ) and I really wouldn't want my leather straps to get soaking wet that's no option for me. But it should be possible to make them watertight with a bit of grease for normal use - not for diving that is.

Lemme start then... my gen Certina DS Podium today on new BOB shark skin strap:

Tachy bezel loooks a bit misaligned (@6 it looks fine but @12?) and the date wheel sits a bit too high, might just be poorly set though. Overall I'd say it's a go. I've seen gens where the tachy bezel wasn't perfectly aligned as well...

The gens have no AR as far as I know... I don't think you'll find any ARed crystal that fits, you will have to send yours for coating. Cheers, W.

With this model I'd say it's hardly worth the effort to go franken... you can buy used 2254.50 SMPs in good condition for under 900 euros...

Did you check Air Berlin? You might have to fly via Majorca though... which isn't that bad... ;-)
