  1. Thanks! I hadn't used the watch (other than wearing it for a few minutes to get it going). And it's now sitting in a box until it gets fixed or replaced. I've emailed the dealer so will see what they say. At least it doesn't sound "impossible" (with the right tools) if i need to fix it. Initial impressions of the watch (apart from the pusher) are very impressive.
  2. Hi, Having found this forum (excellent info here!) and browsed for a few weeks I decided on my first rep : the IWC 3717. I got back home today to find it had arrived (Whoooo!! all good so far). After unwrapping and checking all looked ok, wearing it for a while to build up some reserve, setting the date/time after following the usual advice etc. I then tried the Chrono and found that the top pusher isn't secured.. so much so it came off the case! I didn't expect perfection, so it wasn't a complete 100% shock (having read some QC horrors etc. that others have posted). I'm wondering if this is fixable without sending it back? (which could take some time) I haven't contacted the dealer yet, but I assume they'll be no problem with returning it. Looking at the parts, it just seems fixable. Has anyone done this kind of repair? Any advice appreciated! Photos below: Pusher: Case:
