i bought a dssd with eta 2836 in sept. yesterday i tried to adjust the time but the crown will not pull out to adjust either. any help is appreciated. thanks

I have a pam 161 gmt and the movement stopped working. The second hand will move around but the other hands wont, and its very hard to adjust the time. Where can I get a replacement movement. thanks
